I was anticipating more of a charcoal gray, but it’s actually a medium gray. It’s cute and neutral as I wanted though. We have a tall bed and the top rail sits a good five inches higher than the matterss, so I am very pleased with the height. We are expecting our last/6th kiddo and our four year old claimed the Delta portable mini crib when I set it up. We have never had such a large age gap and I didn’t want to displace her when the baby comes. After looking around I decided I wanted something a little different to keep the baby safer when cosleeping. This is perfect. I’m super happy!
